If you don't generate a per-customer shipping code, set the single agreement code you got from your carrier. The customer sees this code as "Your return code" on the return approval and tracking screen, and hands over the package at the branch using this code.
Take your return parcel with the receipt/invoice and the product's packaging, and using this code, hand it over at the Yurtiçi Kargo branch.
